Abstract：According to GB/T 15000<Guide for Standard Certified Materials>,JJG1006<Technical Norm of Primary Reference Material>and related ISO guides,the reference certified materials series of high titanium slag for chemical analysis containing eight components(TiO2,TFe,SiO2,Al2O3,CaO,MgO,MnO and S)were developed.Based on the sampling principle that the number should not be less than 2 3N,twentyfour prepared samples were randomly selected.The uniformity test was performed by highprecision analytical method.The data were processed by twofactor variance analysis statistics.It was found that the values of F for all components were smaller than the critical value(Fα),implying the good uniformity of testing components.The certified values were cooperated by nine qualified laboratories using multiple accurate and reliable methods with different principles.The certified values and expanded uncertainty of eight components were obtained by the statistics and processing of analytical results.
