Abstract:A novel flow-injection (FI) chemiluminescence (CL) method was proposed for the determination of platinum based on the enhancing effect of platinum on chemiluminiscence signal of luminol-5-sulfosalicylic acid system under alkaline condition. Various conditions affecting determination were investigated. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear determination range of platinum was 0.002-0.4 μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.999 6. The detection limit was 0.9 ng/mL. Combination of anion exchange resin separation pretreatment, the proposed method was applied to the determination of platinum group elements for geochemical analysis certified reference materials GBW07291 and GBW07293. The results were in agreement with the certified values, and the relative standard deviations (n=7) were 2.6%-3.5%.
