摘要 采用高频燃烧红外吸收法,建立了测定钛钨粉及脱硫催化剂中硫的分析方法。对称样量和助熔剂进行了试验。结果表明,最佳分析条件为0.2 g样品+0.2 g Fe +1.5 gW。以石膏标准物质GBW03110为校准物质绘制校准曲线,线性方程为y=0.048 x,线性范围为0.001 0%~1.8%。采用本文方法对钛钨粉和脱硫催化剂中硫含量进行测定,5次平行测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)在1%左右,和用管式炉红外吸收法测定结果一致。
Abstract: A determination method of sulfur in titanium tungsten powder and desulfurization catalyst was established by high-frequency combustion infrared absorption method. The dosage of sample and flux were investigated. The results showed that the optimal analytical conditions were as follows: 0.2 g of sample + 0.2 g of Fe + 1.5 g of W. The calibration curve was plotted with gypsum certified reference material GBW03110 as calibration material, and the linear equation was y=0.048 x with linear range of 0.001 0%-1.8%。The content of sulfur in titanium tungsten powder and desulfurization catalyst was determined by this proposed method. The results were consistent with those obtained by tube furnace infrared absorption method, and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=5) was about 1%.
