Abstract:In this paper, the low power X ray fluorescent spectrometry was used to determine the liquid samples. The influencing factors on the simultaneous determination of Ni2+, Cl- and SO42- in nickel electrolyte were discussed, and the experimental conditions were optimized. The results showed that the mass concentration of testing ions had good linearity to the fluorescent intensity when the mass concentration (ρ) of Ni2+, Cl- and SO42- was in the range of 35 110 g/L, 30 90 g/L and 55 160 g/L, respectively. This proposed method was applied to the determination of nickel electrolyte actual samples. The determination results of this method were consistent with those obtained by chemical analysis method, with the relative standard deviation (RSDs, n=11) of 0.3% 0.4%.
