Abstract:There is no instrument to directly measure the composition segregation and inclusions for large scale metal components. A series of key technologies including the highly stable and reliable excitation light source, full spectrum high-resolution optical system, integration of large-scale workpiece surface processing, scanning and spectral detection, and large-scale component segregation characterization model have been studied. The world's first dual light source automatic large-scale metal component composition segregation analyzer was developed. The characterization model and quantitative analysis method of composition segregation in large-scale metal components have been clarified. A complete set of assembly and adjustment process and debugging tooling of dual light source automatic large-scale metal component composition segregation analyzer were obtained. A perfect production line for instrument industrialization demonstration was formed. The development instrument has been successfully applied in the quality evaluation of high-speed rail wheel/axle, C91/P91 nuclear power and ultra-supercritical thermal power materials, super-alloy turbine disk materials for aero engines.
