Abstract:The research progress on various analytical techniques about determination of the micro and trace tellurium at home and abroad in recent years has been reviewed in this paper, and some analytical techniques were discussed, such as spectrophotometry, electrochemical analysis (polarography and stripping voltammetry), atomic absorption spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and combination technology. At the same time, the research direction and development prospect of micro and trace tellurium analysis have also been introduced, the future research should focus on development of the advanced on-line separation and concentration of trace tellurium technology and production of Te on-line detection apparatus, and Looking for a new non-toxic electrode used tellurium electrochemical analysis, which is same to mercury electrode properties.
