Abstract:For the purpose of correctly and properly evaluating the analytical method and measurement data,the precision and correctness of measurement results were demonstrated by mathematical statistics methods and the test method of precision and correctness of laboratory measurement results were proposed based on the measuring parameters of analysis & testing, precision parameters (repeatability limit and reproducibility limit) of analytical method and common testing data among laboratories.The test method and statistic results could be used as the evaluation criterion for selection of analytical method, evaluation of precision and correctness of analysis & testing results, comparison of measurement result within and among laboratories, and evaluation of analytical data of certified reference material. The proposed test method was established on the basis of mathematical statistics and common testing data, so it had good reliability and applicability.
